Autumn greetings to everyone!
We've finally been able to kick Valoissa out of the storage rooms and also made a great placement as third on the charts. Thanks for that are due to you, our dearest fans and others who have gotten the album! Now we're excitedly waiting for saturday's official record release gig!!! We've of course tried our best to spend time at the rehearsing room and have even managed to play a little bit among all the chats about making the world a better place and other discussion topics which are at least equally important. But despite that we've hit a few blocks.
Play-blocking issues Top 4
1. The infinitely long centipede, which has caused Jonsu to spend half the training time trying to catch and rescue it
2. Jonsu's new Theremin-instrument, which has let out all kinds of strange noises from a formula track to cow's mooing. (This much-discussed Theremin is meant to be used at Tavastia, so you'd better prepare for the worst ;))
3. The live-arrangement for Askeleet. Wild ideas have been tried, starting from my and Räksy's panting. We ended up making Räksy our drummer instead. At least for now. One more training session is still left, so the song may still change a lot!
4. My autumn flu, which has stolen my voice. Let's hope I get it back at least for saturday!
All these blocks have inspired us at the Indica Council to make the Tavastia record release into an unforgettable gig! I hope we'll see you there!
All the best to you during this beginning of the autumn! By the way, it's really nice outside this time of the year, so let's enjoy that.
Love, Heini
